Went and cleared a huge load of Eames and Nelson projects out of legendary dealer Jim Elkinds basement. Once tommy the refinisher is done with these they will be unrecognizable.

There is a vacant lot for sale beside my building with a Banksy on the side of it. I wonder if the owner would let someone just cut it out of the side of the building. I have not bothered asking about it as its been painting over and I dont like "street art".
